I Came For a Sword

'Round my neck-o'-the-woods "Midi-store" is a folk term for medieval arms dealers. The blacksmiths at all of my local haunts had quarantined and I just didn't know where I was going to buy swords. What's worse was I've put on too much weight and my armor won't fit either...what if I were attacked by someone with a sword surplus? Give up? Bust that sum-beach with some sweet techno jams and learn to love swords TOGETHER like well adjusted adults. I bought a midi-host and it fits on my sword like a charm, very handsome I might add. My only concern is that I'm down to my last sword and with the midi host attached it's too pretty; I'm afraid to use it. Please hire a new blacksmith who makes uglier midi hosts and MORE SWORDS. Your customer service has been perfect so far. With a proper blacksmith on staff you're edging on world class caliber speciosity. Thanks.

I thought I would have to change the settings on my keyboard to make it work but I actually didn't have to do anything plug it into the keyboard through the USB and plug it into my vocal machine and it works perfectly

There are not that many USB MIDI host options. This one works just fine, but is limited on ports (single USB port and single set of MIDI in/out DINs). Also wireless MIDI interfaces seem to work well with this unit. Lack of ports in relation to price is the only reason I give it 4 stars.
Essential for USB only keyboards!

Just want to say that I appreciate the ability now to be able use my Yamaha P115 with Bass pedals. I'm an organist and sometimes I like to use the pedals to address the bass sounds in the instrument when accompanying someone. I feel that the cost is a bit high for what this box does but maybe that's just me since I don't use it that much and those kind of gigs aren't my bread and butter. I would have liked to see a more comprehensive manual with it. However it's the only game in town and works very well, midi channel changes and recognizes my pedal's program change messages. All in all, essential piece of equipment for those like me who don't have 5 pin midi connections on their keyboard and have USB midi only. The shipping from MIDI store was fairly quick and was pleased with the careful packing and such. All in all a good experience.
