The
Yamaha TG100 is a 28 voice 16 part multitimbral General MIDI sound
module, with 28 note polyphony, 192 instrument voices plus 10 drum
kits. This module uses AWM (Advanced Wave Memory) sound sampling
technology, DSP effects, dynamic voice allocation, and many other
advanced features. External sound sources can be mixed with the TG100's
sounds, by using the stereo Audio In facility, which provides an input
level control and signal level peak indicator.
Host computer connection
allows direct connection to computers. MIDI IN, OUT and THRU connectors
allow connections to any MIDI device (keyboard, drum machine,
sequencer, etc.) Fully compatible with General MIDI, so you can play
the thousands of freely downloadable MIDI files available on the web.
