Ok first the long list of pros: Great sound overall, very very comfy fit, fantastically deep bass response, extended overall frequency response, extremely low distortion and a nice long headphone cord. Now the very picky short list of Cons: the top 1 foot of cord is susceptible to motion noise, if the recording sounds bad (like a lot of stuff downloaded to your ipod) you will hear it, your speakers may sound like crap to you if they are not high quality after listening to these!
