Audio/Midi controllers do just as their name implies, give you both audio sound and act as midi controllers.
The
stage & digital pianos we sell offer audio sounds and many double as midi controllers. Some have external speakers while others only have headphone jacks you can utilize to hear the audio, please read the descriptions carefully. All can utilize powered speakers or amps to hear the sound.
MIDI controllers are keyboards that do not contain any sounds, but rather only offer MIDI output for controlling rack mount synths or computer music systems.
