An absolute necessity for connection of any MIDI instrument to a sound card (Sound Blaster as others). The MIDI Adapter Cable plugs into the sound card's joystick port (with a female port for both MIDI and joystick operation) providing MIDI IN and OUT for keyboards, sound modules, and other MIDI devices. The 6ft cable length eliminates the need for additional MIDI cables.
