MATRIX-200 is the newest member
of the popular B-52 MATRIX family
of active systems. Compact, powerful
and portable the MATRIX-200 delivers
clean, accurate sound ideal for
both stage and music playback applications.
The MATRIX-200 has a true 200-watt
stereo amplifier, built in 5-channel
mixer, studio-quality digital effects,
phantom power and numerous patch
inputs / outputs.

MATRIX-200 REAR
PANEL

Speaker
Outputs: Two full-range outputs of 100
watts each. The outputs are equalized to
optimize the acoustic output of the MATRIX-200
satellite speakers.
Subwoofer Output: Switchable
XLR balanced output allows you to add
a subwoofer to extend the low frequency
output. The sub switch must be in the
OFF position if a subwoofer is not used.
The switch ON position reduces the low
frequency output o
f
the full range stereo outputs.
Headphone: A 1/4” TRS phone
jack stereo output is included for
monitoring by headphone. |
XLR
INPUTS WITH PHANTOM POWER
The
XLR microphone inputs are designed for
use with
low-impedance |Z| microphones or equipment
that has a mic-level balanced output
(direct-out). The balanced mic inputs
include a 15 Volt DC phantom power source
allowing the use of condenser microphones.
Dynamic microphones can also be used
with these connectors as the 15 Volts
DC is too low to disturb their normal
operation. |
