Alesis Synthesizer 8MB memory

PC Card Type I Linear Flash is fully FTL and FFS compatible and features high performance. With no moving parts, a Linear Flash PCMCIA Memory Card is rugged and operates reliably in conditions normally hostile to data. Unlike ATA Flash, PCMCIA Linear Flash PC Cards support true random access so reads are extremely fast. In addition to data storage and retrieval, Linear Flash PC Cards can also execute programs directly from the card on systems featuring XIP (eXecute In Place) capabilities.

Compatible with all Alesis QuadraSynth and QS-series synthesizers capable of storing samples, including the Alesis QuadraSynth, QuadraSynth Plus Piano, QS6, QS6.1, QS7, QS7.1, QS8, QS8.1 and QSR models. Normally used with the Alesis SoundBridge software, to store up to 8MB of custom samples and programs.
